It took them 3 months to send me mine and looks like it took 6 months for Dejan.

We should start a new thread "Azza needs a welcome pack!"

Maybe someone who works for Mitsu will see and can sort it out for you.
Or maybe you should give them a call or email and link to this thread.

F*ck them, I'm over it now.......Bought mine on December 12th. Paid too much and get no welcome package - Just the old "bend over and take it up the tailpipe!!!!" Oh well. Will see what Lotus gives me in a year or two when I trade this one in!!!!

I've bought my VR end of january and received welcome pack end of march... so yeah... it took for a while

Wow, sounds like i got a pretty sweet deal with extra stuff like rubber made Ralliart Car model, stubby holder, Tshirt and pens and calendar and stuff, but i have been waiting since begining of November tho thats more than half a yr, so i guess justice is served then!!

Tho sorry to hear your situation Azza, And it doesnt sound like you've had a very good experience dealing with Mitsubishi and post sales service in general. Did you get a customer feedback call or anything?? These are the things you should address them when they ring you up next time?? Mind you they've rang me quite a few times like prolly on average once every 2 months to see how thigns are going, and also very helpful and enthusiastic about the whole brake and release bonnet cable recall thing and now the big pack. I really cant ask for anything more from them.

Sounds like you got a few more things than I did though. I feel like I missed out on alot of Ralliart things now lol.

I got the Ralliart back pack, Mitsubishi Motor Sports 2006-2007 Book, Traveller's Companion, Photo frame, polishing cloth, Mitsubishi badge, Mitsubishi Key ring, Ralliart key ring, pamphlet to join ralliart.com.au, VIP card, and the journey has only just begun book.

Oh yeah for Azza, I'd get onto your dealer & have a whinge! Dont know if you got a survey few weeks after your purchase, but I left them some comments at the end 'where the F*^K is my welcome pack' nahh..., they called me up afterward & told me can take up to 3 months to get shipped out.

Shouldn't be too big an ask - I got reverse sensors, floor mats and a boot liner for nix with mine.

thay are the only options i like, but the pouch is listed in the Ralliart section of things so i duno. but they are a ralliart dealer so that should be fine

yea mum got a pack with hers and a $1000 of fuel, havent recived mine yet but i have only had the car for a bit over a month.
