15,000km only?! omg... weak haha.

I want to supply my own oil, Which one to get?
Im using castrol edge sport atm

I want to supply my own oil filter, which one to get?
Using K&N oil filter.

IF i want to supply my own coolant, which one to get?
Ive changed from the stock mitsubishi coolant... to... stock =p

Brake fluid, I dont think this is low, i can check, but if it is, should i supply my own?
Use vanilla coke =p hahaha.

Im getting my car lowered soon, should i wait to get the car lowered before i get it serviced?
I dont see a point in this, just slam it already hahaha.

If i do buy these parts for my car service, and the dealership says something about not using it, what should i say?
If they go "it shall void your warranty" dont do it. haha. But using different oil and oil filter didnt void mine...

I want to supply my own oil, Which one to get?

For my 15,000 I changed to the semi-synthetic Penrite HPR 5 in 5W/40. When I did my 30,000 I changed to full-synthetic, Penrite Everyday Full-Synthetic 5W/50. When I do my 45,000 in a couple of weeks I will use the Full-Synthetic again.

I want to supply my own oil filter, which one to get?

I am more than happy to use Ryco. Never had a problem with them. I don't see the point of a $25 K&N oil filter. Ryco has a guarantee that their filters will not cause any damage, nor void any warranties. And if something does go wrong, and the manufacturer blames Ryco's filter, they will cover all costs.

IF i want to supply my own coolant, which one to get?

Well know Tectaloy from Repco is fine. No need to buy the genuine stuff. Repco have their own-brand coolant too, and that works just as well. you don't need to change your coolant until 45,000 but. I've topped mine up a few times now, and used Repco brand coolant, as I have a bottle here anyway from my project car.

Manual Transmission fluid, Should i provide my own? Recomendations?

This doesn't need replacing at 15,000 either, nor would it need topping up. But Castrol make a fluid that is the exact same spec as what Mitsubishi use. Don't vary from what Mitsubishi say to use, otherwise transmission problems could arise. it's happened before, not in CJs that I've heard though.

Brake fluid, I dont think this is low, i can check, but if it is, should i supply my own?

If your brake fluid is low, just let them top it up at the service. Don't buy a whole bottle just to top up. As you can't reuse the bottle, as the brake fluid absorbs moisture.

Im getting my car lowered soon, should i wait to get the car lowered before i get it serviced?

Up to you. But don't expect Mitsubishi to look over it for you. Just get it lowered and get a wheel alignment.

If i do buy these parts for my car service, and the dealership says something about not using it, what should i say?

Just tell them they are to use your parts/oil. They can't say it will void the warranty, because it won't.

20W-40 or the common 20W-50 is only recommended for older cars because the extra thickness is needed to protect engine parts that have worn out through age. Semi synthetic is good, will pretty much last half as long as fully synthetic, but costs half as much, too.
