Print off a flyer for the club abd stick it under his wiper and get a ClubCJ sticker and put it on also

I haven't seen any police driving CJ's - marked or unmarked.
If I saw one though i'd be happy to put a card on his window :P

there is one lancer VR marked cop car here in Townsville, it's always parked behind the police station in the city...

Seen that one Chris, its not suped up either. I have seen some of the Liaison officers driving around in it. If you are chased by them, you got a 50/50 chance of outrunning them (better chance than their suped up Aurions)
