Just browsing round and found these.... would they be ok for a Lancer being 100w?

they are rated close to double what the standard lancer ones are so i would say they would overheat and discolour the headlight lenses

correct, great for glass lenses, not for polycarbonate..

they look the same but they are 100w which is way above what out lights are

similar to looking at a globe for house lights, they all look the same but they come in all different wattages.
