Okay, so does anyone know how to do this?

Ok you can do that, there is a thread in the DIY section, I wouldn't mess with the nav unit though

I found the guys who manufacture an upgrade kit for the colour-change; I don't know how the needles are illuminated in the Lancer, but have a look here:

They quoted me thirty euros + shipping...
