Driving Lights Auto Off

Postby evil.ralliart » Wed Oct 26, 2011 10:14 pm

Has anyone seen or know of a mod for keeping your driving lights on when you engage parkers/lights etc... ie: a permanent on switch.. annoys me how you have to keep turning them on?

I install them at work. Key on lights on kit. When u go to ignition it turns parkers and headlights on.

Be easy enough to wire it onto the driving lights so when u turn headlights on, they come on

There might be an option to change it in your ETAC

I'm confused... Are we talking about parkers and tail lights? Can't you just set them to the first setting after'off'? The lights turn themselves off when you turn the car off (after a beep) and back on when you start it... Same if you turn your headlights on, but not on the auto setting.

He means the driving lights. The kit we use at work for the mining vehicles uses ignition as a trigger to turn on headlights and parkers, the same kit can be used to turn driving lights on at the same time as well or as using the headlights as the trigger

I wired my LED's in to my cigarette lighter.

This works perfectly. Ignition on LED's on. ignition off LED's off.
