Running wires for reverse camera

hi guys im installing a reversing camera just above the liscence plate next to the liscence plate bulbs. i know where the wires need to go but i cant figure out how to thread them through to the boot to hook up to the reverse lights.
Any help would be aprreciated

This may not be the best way, but it was certainly the easiest for me.

The spot you want is what I assume is a pre-defined point for the installation of reverse parking sensors.

I simply drilled a small hole from inside the boot and fed the cable through till I could reach it from underneath the car.

To make it easier with the drill: remove the spare tyre and wooden cover from the car. You should then be able to reach the circular point that you want to drill (which is directly beneath the boot locking latch hook).

I ran mine through the grommet for the tail lights on the left hand side behind the carpet.

Look at my profile pics. I have camera on my car between the number plate lights. And then used the factory grommet behind passenger side trim in boot.

With the hole u drilled, did u rust proof it and seal it with a grommet to protect the wire from rubbing through?
