Couple MMCS Qustions?

Postby chris851 » Thu Nov 25, 2010 8:23 am

Hope some one can help, for the life of me i can't find how to adj treble and bass.

Found the eq settings but don't really know whats going on there.

Second one, i swaped out the 6 stacker for the MMCS last night, now i don't think the sub is working. im pretty sure the pin out would be the same as the old head unit?

Any one had same problems?

Could be that the "punch" on the MMCS unit is turned right down causing the sub to sound like it is not working, the punch can be adjusted in the same place as treble and bass.

To adjust treble, bass, punch and mid click on the "audio" button (right top corner of MMCS), then I think you click "settings" (button on screen lower left corner) on the next menu that opens select "Graphic equalizer" (select by touching screen) this should then open a screen with 4 bar graphs and you can adjust all your levels.

P.S. this screen can only be used while the car is not in motion.

Might be an option to reset it mate, from what I understood the AUS MMCS is exactly the same be it a lancer, outlander pajero and so on. So I can't figure why yours is different as I can clearly see it is the Aus model.

Might be a completely new version of the MMCS ROM. What version is your MMCS? On the front fascia? We've seen A01 -> A03 all don't have this. Yours does... .

maybe it's because he has no rockford sub. Maybe someone on the forum with MMCS and no rockford sub can confirm
