Would like a TPMS for mine but would prefer the internal sensors, and the good thing is with my new HU I and the right setup I can monitor them without another screen in the car, just install the app. But that will have to wait until next time I need new tires.

I've checked prices, how much did you pay?

BTW I'd get a 5 tire set, one in the spare which in mine is outside down so a bit hard to check regularly.

Yes this is a tyre pressure monitoring system, it has internal sensors mounted in each wheel. I originally seen the boys from Mighty Car mods install it.

I wanted the factory one like the guys have in the U.S Evo X but its integrated within car somehow and we cant order it here. Australian dealers had no idea what I was talking about.

Sounds about right, I asked about enabling the auto door lock when over a set speed (common in many cars now) and they had no idea. Next time I take it in for a service I'll see if I can speak to someone who knows about it.

As for the tires I like the fact I can just run an app on the HU so more of a stealth install but expensive.
