Need some help with getting wire through

heya guys trying to get my fog lights done

trying to get this wire through here (only got about 10cm of the wire through)


but i have no idea where the wire comes out from
can someone point out in this pic where its suppose to come out


as u can see i pulled alot of stuff out....
is there an easier way of getting the wire through? some pointers would be very much appreciated

i pulled everything apart and couldn't find the wire.....gave up
then had to put everything back in cause it was getting late and time for dinner with the missus

think i saw a black cable going down from the engine to the wheel well
i'll put my wire down with that black cable and back up into the cabin through another hole?
i'll take another look this weekend hopefully lol

whats the law with LED under the car body?
was thinking about putting some LED under the car
illegal while driving?

Remove the panel above your pedals then stick your head up you will see a gromet about the size of 5 - 10 cent coin use that you may need to lift the foam padding back to see it. I feed all my alarm wires through there.
