i change it in the 2nd week, when i got my bumper vinyl.
never had no worries with cops.

Looks like I am with the minority - I like it in the middle, save the side mounting for Evo's. Like someone else said, I'm one for symetry

I don't ming the middle but as you say it's personal choice and I have personal euro style plates that look fine in either position - Cheers Chris

thats how the Lancer/Galant is released in JAPAN, and then they go drill holes in the bumpers for all the exports...
so its not just an evo thing!
it is ment for our cars too... you can order OEM side Licence Plate Mounts from your dealer and you can also order aftermarket ones online.
