They don't make it. It's simply a row of leds. They're an install company.
They pull away the reflector, cut out a section to fit the LEDs then they wire it to your tail lights.

Only the person doing it can figure who difficult it may be. First you'll need a housing for the LEDs in the size of the reflector. Try Jaycar.
Next you'll need to pop out the rear reflector and a dremel of some kind to cut out the shape of hole you want. It would probably then be attached on with auto silicone before wiring to your tail lights. There's a white wire in the bunch which is the power to the tail lights when you turn on your headlights? Jumper your LED array from that.

its not removal of the reflector its still there its just got lights put in it. and its a white light.
its probably illegal. but who put legal things on there car anyway.
and it probably isn't that hard to hook up. just using a relay have a main power input then 3 signal inputs to tell it what contact to close giving the certain led power. led's can be run in parallel, with a resister to reduce the voltage. 3 resisters as there are 3 different voltage lights./ depending on how the parkers work reduce the voltage more for the duller red parkers. so all up 4 resisters 9LED 1 white 1 orange/yellow and 7red. and 1 4way relay.
a water proof container to house all the led's and probably a PLC board for mounting it all on. total cost for materials can be really cheap like $10 or if you get really good/brighter led's can be up to $30-$40.
also all the lights if set up correctly will only come on when they are meant to so orange when you indicate white when you reverse, red when you break/ parkers, total amperage probably a max of 0.5A most likely less,
total power consumption don't have any actual figures so i cant give you a wattage, but most likely next to nothing cause of how low the current draw will be.
hooking up to lights just as easy. just get some jackclamps or what ever they are called. the ones that you just clip on to an existing cable that cuts threw the sheath and on to the conductor. with out actually cutting it.
