Haha yeh that's what im doing :). The top and side parts are color matched - lightning blue and the bottom diffuser part will be painted black to pretty much match that pic. I thort u were referring to how the whole rear lip comes from bodykits kingdom and that is in a plastic Matt black

Update:
Im Getting DT Panels in Springvale to do the Painting (2tone) and Install.
Spoke to the owner Vu and he seemed very happy to do the rear lip.
Got quoted $400 for a trail fit, colour matched sides and top of lip, painted black bottom diffuser part and refitting to the car.

Is this a reasonable price?

Thanks for the reply Chris :)

Ben, let the DT Panels owner know that if he does a good job, I'd definitely ask him to do mine as well :D Please update us when you got it and post some photos if possible of the finished job. Good luck mate :)

copy of Accolade's Rear lip/diffuser **UPDATE**

Postby Edmi » Mon Sep 03, 2012 1:41 pm

Finally the rear lip arrived this morning after i ordered it 2 weeks ago from body kits kingdom due to a hold up with customs and freight to Melbourne.

I took it down to DT Panels and they had a look at it and were concerned at first but after a trail fit and some sanding down of the rough edges they were happy with it.
To help it fit flush with the bumper they are going to put some molded rubber around the sides so there are no visible gaps.

Here are some pics when it arrived and when i was unwrapping it. Unfortunately i did not get any closeups or pics when the guys trail fitted it to the bumper. So u will have to trust me that it looked sick :D

It should be painted and ready for install on Friday!

Looks like bodykits kingdom and Carmate here in NSW getting their kits from the same factory in china, i just got mine from carmate and it's exactly the same, you will need zip tide on the bottom of the right hand side after you put it on, the plastic sag abit there and it touches the exhaust, zip tide will fix it. also you will find small gaps on one side, i used sikaflex to fill it up and rub the rubber off to smooth it out. good luck with it. it will look awesome.
