Abit low on information there... .

i've only ever seen it on 1 car here in Melbourne - SPIKE's.

He has the push button start and I think it's a very poorly implemented system as you still have to turn the car to ACC to get it to push start.... . It works and I don't think he has any problem with his ECU.

So how can we help? Need a little more information... .

originally its for the right hand side but put it on the left just below the air vent now the trouble is that it works fine when i first start the car go for a drive for more than say 15 minutes then turn it off i try to resart the car the motor turns over its just to about to fire up then it just stops the motor doesn't start but the key start still works . how it works is there is a wire that goes from the alternator to the computer to tell it that the engine is running as a safty if the button gets pushed accidently while the motor is running i think whats happening is that the computer is holding charge and doesn't let it start if it sits for about half an hour its fine starts no worries. any thoughts?

a friend had it installed and it look kinda ugly, also you still have to turn the key then press the button, kinda pointless i reckon.
