Lookings at putting buckets in my 2015 lancer, Anybody in Brisbane know somewhere that can install and do the mod plates?

You'll need some with airbags in the side.

Does your car presently have airbags in the seats?If so do the replacement seats have airbags fitted? If the present seats do have airbags and you replace them with non-airbags seats you be be driving a defective vehicle.Your registration and insurance will be null and void also.
As far as fabricating mountings these will have to be ADR compliant and you will require certification by a qualified mechanical engineer.
If you do go ahead and do any illegal modifications and a passenger is injured in an accident your insurance company will NOT honour their policy.As a result of this you will be liable for all medical,rehabilitation and loss of earnings incurred by your injured passenger.You will pay for this for the rest of your life.
So,think very hard before you do anything.
