Manual Es Gear Grill (Gaiter?)

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could help with knowing the terminology, or even a source for an aftermarket gear grill (i think it may be galled a gaiter...?) to suit a manual ES.

Basically i want to try and achieve a similar look to the attached picture.

Thanks guys, I was unsure whether it would be a common modification or not. Better get to searching for some parts and people then

Yeah it would have to be built around your gear shifter not easy. Your better getting a custom gear boot if you want to be different in that area
