Hi All!
I'm chasing some bits & pieces from a VRX or LX:
Firstly I'm after these bits...
Which is the upper centre console with lids and manual gearshift surround, and also the climate controls & surround.
I need another one of these too if one comes up:
Also looking for a set of blank foglight panels from a Sports or RA:
Oh, and a GPS unit for a MMCS too!
Let me know!
Cheers

Well, I can't use two fascias in the one car... mind you, it could make for an interesting mod...!
For me; the other fascia turned up with a couple of broken clips and it doesn't sit down quite right, and I want to upgrade the interior (eventually would like the black dash & door trims, same as last time.

Well It's called showing interest
and those fog surrounds are for a RA bumper normally.

@ Akram - fair enough, didn't mean it that way, so accept my apologies (it was a bit too early and I have no coffee at home - it's not a good way to be...)
@Sleeper - You may be on to something there...

IIRC (If I recall), I read on here somewhere where there was someone here that made the climate control actually work in Lancers that don't come with it.
The climate control knobs don't give it by default if you put it into one without CC, but there are a couple of probes/sensors that you can put in their respective places to enable it.
Just a bit of info for ya.
If you can somehow source those parts to make the CC work, you should snag them.

That's correct, a temp sensor and tube near the steering column, and a photo sensor in the dash near the glass, I did both and it does run te climate controls better.

Ta Joseff - Akram got onto that a while back - it works 'ok' with just the cabin air sensor, better with both as we have this thing in Qld. called sun...!
