For the muffler call a local exhaust shop. Looking at about 200-250 for mild steel, 450-550 for stainless - this is for an axle back system.

Recaros or similar can be found on japanparts, as can the evo x hood, as can the handbrake cover, as can the gear knob...google is your friend.

All I'm looking for exhaust wise is prob axleback now anyway. Im thinking of getting a rear diffuser sorted - possibly Talon? - and then getting twin exhausts. But NOT CANNONS!

Had it on my previous car. Its in the box that it came in
and in mint condition.

Im pretty sure it fits on the lancer...
Nearly all gear knobs are generic...they have a screw thread inside so they screw on and off.
I'll head to the post office tomorrow and check out the price to cairns.
Probably be around $10-$12 cos of its weight.

Ok well I'm interested in it aswell so long as it fits. I've bought a couple of generic gear knobs and sometimes they fit, but the metal about the boot shows so it just looks crap

it won't be that heavy....i know stock one is only 300g. my gear knob i bought is a big fuck off 600g one, this wont even be close to that heavy.

In NSW the vehicle restrictions are same for reds as they are for greens. ie. no engine performance mods, no turbos, no more than 6 cylinders, no super chargers and no high performamce 4/6s,etc (ie. Porsches and other fast euros)

In Queensland you're not ment to have any engine mods throughout the whole Time you're on your P's (Red and Green). Your car must also be no higher then 6 cylinders.. No Turbo/Supercharger (except Turbo Diesel powered engines) and not higher then 200Kw.

EDIT..
These rules also only came in july last year.. So some people that got their P's before these laws came in can drive high performance vehicles.
