ROFL... I just did a quote for H&R springs for an e46 coupe, dude from bundaberg goes... "I got these bloody kings springs in here mate, get me something better"

Now for my springs I got the ones from WORKS in USA, before anything else was out there for our lancers, they are actually quite good!

In fact as an aftermarket brand, Mitsubishi USA will cover your warranty still when using their products... so it must be good if they cover it :)

Considering I sell springs, I have had quite a few customers come to us for new springs, some of them previously using KINGS... and gone to the H&R's.

Never had a return on H&R springs, they actually test each one before they leave Germany... having said that nothing is ever perfect and who knows in the future. But from 6 yrs experience I can only say good about H&R, and as I said today, already a guy wanting something different to KINGS, because he said it was no good for him.

Be nice now people :P

perhaps other ppl that have had fitment problems with kings can chime in?
as for ride quality, thats an individual preference, i was happy with them.

I've done about 1500km on my King's. I put new gas shocks in when I did the springs, Pedders install. I get some clanking from the springs hitting each other, the ends are wrapped in plastic but doesn't seem to help much. I think the stock springs were a stiffer rate. No doubt teh car looks better

from what I've seen, tried and used, I will say:

If you can afford coils, do NOT buy springs.

If you can't, then for springs (in order of preference):
1. H&R
2. Eibach ProKit (on my car before the current BCs)
3. Teins
4. Pedders
Beeble tooned MY08 OEd. w/ RA BKit+SWheel
Cosworth Panel Filter w/ RA Intake | SuperCircuit 4-2-1 Headers | Creat’d Ti-tipped SS exhaust
BC BR-type Coilovers | UR + Whiteline Bars
EBC GreenStuff Pads | RDA Rotors
