Hi guys, im after one or two tyres to fit standard 18 inch VRX 2009 rims, im not sure of the actual size but if you have them then you will know. I basically hit a pothole a while ago and i needed to get the car back on the road quick so i threw on the only tyres the tyre shop had, but now im hoping to get all the tyres the same again.
Thanks for looking

I'd rather you look at changing all 4 tyres to new ones. The stock Yokohama tyres are way too noisy... .

My personal experience with VRX tyres is quite recent.
I could not afford Yokohama and was put to a place in Bankstown, NSW, and they offered me NANKANG for 164 dollars each. They said that this factory in Taiwan in owned by Yokohama and there is some technology transfer between them.
I had the 4 tyres for nearly 3 months now and always with 40 PSI.
I cannot fault them. Dry or rain, so far, so good.

I recently bought two Nexen branded tyres (size 215-45-18 ) for $195 each!
They aren't bad but you still get a bit of road noise especially on smooth bitumen!
They were the cheapest tyres I could find a the time as I looked at Falken's which I had and they were like $245 each, so I thought I would give the Nexen tyres ago! Will be interesting to see how they wear and how long they last too!
