perth meet?newbies..

Just wandering if there is a meet or a track day in perth anytime soon?saw a suby forester track day this past weekend and it looked pretty awesome!also keen to just get out and about..

A ralliart, yay!

I'm sure we'll have a cruise soon.
As said, Rahul is in Melbourne, and Matt is in Europe.

They are our 2 WA moderators. So without them its not really worth trying to get anything happening. Rahul is also bringing some group buy stuff back last time I heard so we'll need a meet to distribute that.


As for track days, they are fun but an effort to organise.
We had one track day in the past, but technically that was more of a free-run drivers education thing. So basically it was one car at a time and we weren't allowed to time laps either

To organise a proper track day on a real track we'd need a Cams licence. Theres been talk about organising that before but either we'd all have to pay or a member would have to wear the bill (and the paperwork) so its a little difficult.


Anyway be sure to keep checking the WA section and contribute when a 'Next cruise' thread gets started. Probably won't get together for another fortnight or so but a thread might come up sooner

I will keep a look out..i did see the one for a meet in June but it went dead so i wasnt sure if it had been and gone yet.

As for the track day i was a little naive to think it was just an organised event you could just pull in pay and drive lol maybe not!

Well it is just as simple as booking and paying, you just need the licence too.
