Hi peoples,
I have just purchased a 08 2.4 man VRX sportback. Black with sunroof and dvd etc, also has the Evo bonnet.
It is my first Mitsi so it wil be interesting
Interested in whether I can get the STD ralliart exhaust system (twin pipes) to fit easily as this might be a cheap way to upgrade the looks a bit if I can find someon who has upgraded the exhaust on their raliiart lancer.
Also interested in upgrading the seats as they lack side support, and suggestions?
Cheers
Scott

Hi there, welcome to ClubCJ!!!!
I have a funny feeling that the RA exhaust won't line up without modification. If you want to do an exhaust on a budget, go to an exhaust shop and get a mild steel custom job done.
Mine cost me $330, but it is only a single outlet.
As for the seats, the Recaros out of the Evo are way too expensive. Better going some aftermarket seats of your choosing.
Anyways, welcome again!! There are heaps of knowledgable people here that are more than happy to lend a hand

Thanks,
I am not too fussed on upping performance with this one (I have come from a line of fairly serious performance cars) just I like the look of the twin pipes.
SO I might just leave it where it is for now, Thanks again,
And yes the recaros are waaay expensive, are the std seats in the ralliart better than the VRX? if so I might be able to get some from a dealer if someone installed the recaros in theirs?
Thanks again
I am glad I dound this site it will be great to have the experience of you guys avail.

ok cool that has answered most of my questions already, bummer about the exhaust and the seats but hey.
The bonnet was on the car when I found it second hand it only had 7000k on the clock and with the bonnet and sunroof it was too good an opportunity to pass up. bummed about the DVD meaning I can't use voice activation for the phone but at least it is not because i am too stupid to figure out how to use.
Still learning the features of it. SO I am sure more questions will come up.
And thanks Ozie, I am in the process of updating my site but you can see some of my newer stuff on facebook and myspace.

If I can make it to a cruise I will make sure I bring the camera and grab some photos of everyones rides for them.
