Hi All,
I've been a silent viewer of this forum for a month now. I was after the Ralliart and wanted to grab as much info as I could. This has been an awsome knoweldgebase.

As for me, I haven't decided on a Profile photo as my car hasn't arrived yet. Yes, I have ordered a 2009 Ralliart MY10 Black Sedan with Leather+SatNav+Audio combo and expecting the delivery to be around 10th of December.

I am trading in my '06 Rav4 and everyone is like, why was I downgrading. I have never owned a performance car before and thought this would be a good start. I sure will be here on and off sharing my experience.

Even without deciphering it like SAM did, how is going from a Rav4 to a Ralliart Lancer a downgrade? :S

Wow, the Ralliart owners are coming out of manholes at the moment. We've added so many in the last 3 months or so.......good to see. Welcome fawad......from one RA owner to a soon-to-be owner!! :P

Only a diehard Toyota fan would think its a downgrade, I work with some and I keep reminding them that Toyotas current equivalent to a Lancer is a 1.8L Corolla. No offence to any Toyota owners but they just dont make the cut at the moment.

hell a used 08 ES lancer would still be an upgrade from a Rav 4, they are like a 4WD that isnt a 4WD. its the 4WD of people who dont know anything about 4WDing and got a crappy thing that just bogs itself constantly,

i know iv been 4WDing in a proper 4WD they where the most boged one every seen ever. lol

Oh and Fawad welcome buddy!

I don't think a RAV4 compared to a Lancer is a downgrade or upgrade, rather more like a change in car type/class/role, than a graded-class.
