Re: CJ Sportback Mods
Depending on what model you have, you could upgrade the roof spoiler to the one that comes with the VRX/Ralliart Hatch,

Re: Sedan bumpers on Sportback
Definitely wouldn't fit unfortunately. After owning both, there's no possible way it would be a direct fit You could always try a wrecker and find one that way

Re: Where do you keep your car keys?
It's not like third party insurance is expensive, we paid $20 a month for my other halfs 08 Lancer when he owned it, and it was insured for theft/fire etc. I keep mine on my computer desk, I don't understand why people would leave them so close to the front door or in plain sight, seems like common ...

Re: Is the Manual Gear Box a thing of the past?
You can still buy a manual Outlander new, however it's base model with basic features which is unfortunate. While I loved my Ralliart when I owned it, I didn't really like the SST and kept wanting to drive my LX just so I could drive stick, (Flappy paddles in the RA are great, but it's not the same)...

Re: Has anybody tinted their aftermarket tail lights?
In all honesty, it would be a waste of money to spend that much money on a set of aftermarket tail lights and then go ahead and tint them. I bought a set of tail lights from Mars Performance last year, https://www.instagram.com/p/BhSYpFKnoDj I would maybe recommend spending the extra $40-60 and get ...

Re: What DONT you like about your Lancer?
To be completely honest, the Evo spoiler blocks your vision more than that RA/VRX/Es sport one does imo. For someone who has driven Cjs with one, and without, without or the Vrx spoiler is a better option imo.
I went from no spoiler to one off a vrx, and honestly, it doesnt block my vision at all.

Re: 2011 Ralliart turbo upgrade
Considering its a daily driver, any performance upgrade you do, will affect the reliability of it. However, most people as far as I am aware, upgrade to an Evo X turbo along side a tune, I would definitely be upgrading the clutch pack as the gearbox is already a ticking timebomb . Better to be safe.

Re: Help buying Ralliart
Better off buying an Evo imo. Or a WRX. The gearbox in a ralliart is a ticking time bomb, thankfully with mine, it was in pristine condition. However, when buying a second hand RA, you are left with the unknowns of what could go wrong and when. At least with a manual evo, you know the gearbox will l...

Re: VRX wheels on an ES Lancer
http://www.clubcj.net/cached_images/1444376615_5_PB_6881_0.jpg I have an LX (which is a model up from the ES) I haven't had any issues with mine. I did swap out for a different set of wheels for a while, but went back to them because they're a lot nicer looking then some after market wheels, they a...

I went to Carline in Launceston, (are they a franchise?) and they did a pretty great job for the price I paid for mine!

Re: Im new to the scene and have a few questions.
Better off buying a manual Evo, that way you don't have the issue of the ticking time bomb of the SST.
