First Home Buyer Strike - Outraged at housing affordability?
Is anyone outraged at price of houses and land? My old man paid under a years wage for a fringe suburban block, 25 years ago. I'd have to fork out four years wages for an urban fringe block of a smaller size and another 15kms out !! This can be fixed with good taxation reform. Prosper Australia have...

if these are indeed advertised @ 19,990 driveaway, the thing will sell like crazy. 5-10 Warranty, Capped price servicing, 5 star ANCAP. Easily the best value motoring in Australia. But the AUD/JPY exchange rate hasn't risen in the past 15 months, and the MY10 ES were $20,990DA... so unless the produ...

Don't know about new cars, but before 2003 when the government started raising the prices of imported cars from Japan, the colour white was always a few thousand dollars cheaper to import - Skylines, Supras, soarers were all cheaper. Mind you, some of the 90's sports cars look pretty ordinary in wh...

Full size spare in sedan. You will need a longer bolt to secure wheel into wheel well. The bolt that works with the space-saver is not long enough for a full size spare. For the floor you can DIY a floor using a piece of custom cut MDF. Due to the limitations of the width boot opening you won't get ...

Ouch, no chance of it being repaired at all? :( A tyre for a regular ES/Steel wheel should only be around $80-$120 depending on the quality you want to go for. Yoko Adrives are around $110 from Blairs - they are what I had on my old ES. If it's just a spare you could get away with a really cheap ty...
