Re: Transmission cooler
Thanks for the replies guys! Speaking of tuning, I tried to talk to Merlin via this forum and via mail but he didnt reply me. Is he even into tuning anymore because I saw a few other posts on other forums saying that he isn't doing this anymore.

Re: Transmission cooler
I'm pretty sure it's from the tranny because it doesn't happen when I drive the car for the first time in the morning, it happens when the car is fully warmed up and happens only after 3-4k rpms. And when is a bigger radiator suitable? And is it a good idea to install a transmission cooler anyway? B...

Transmission cooler
:hallo: just a quick question, my transmission (CVT) whines after 3k rpm. What makes it cause that? How to fix it? CVT fluid change, installing a transmission cooler (Since 2011 lancer SX doesnt come with 1) or all of the above? I found 1 universal transmission cooler from Mishimoto. https://www.mis...

Re: CVT whining
So the bad tranny fluid is the culprit? Cool! I'll mark it in my next servicing at 135k km. Is there a chance that because of hot weather it might happen as well? Oh and the schedule says the next cvt fluid change is all the way at about 200k kms. Thoughts?

Re: CVT whining

CVT whining
:hallo: Since yesterday, I've been noticing some "whining" while driving around and mine is a 2011 lancer with about 135k kms on the clock. What could be the reason? Also the temps these days were about 35 degrees. If its tranny fluid, then does the 135k km service includes a tranny fluid ...

Evo X steering wheel in CJ Lancer
Does an OEM Evo X steering wheel fit in a 2011 SX Lancer? My lancer already got hands free bluetooth connectivity from the factory. If yes, then where can I find one? I saw one brand new on this site but this is overseas https://www.lancershop.com/customer/product.php?productid=5980 The part number ...

Re: Ralliart Rear Bumper!
I am looking to fit in the Ralliart bumper and I saw one from this site http://www.bodykitskingdom.com.au/mitsubishi/ralliart-oem-rear-bumper-cj-es-lancer.html After fitting this, I will need a twin axleback exhaust. I saw one from the XForce exhaust. https://www.sparesbox.com.au/part/xforce-axle-ba...

A query regarding parking lights
:hallo: I got a 2011 lancer SX and I noticed that whenever I unlock my car with the button on the key, the parking lights also switch on despite the light stock being on "off" position but when I start the car, it switches off the parking lights. When I switch on the parking lights and get...

Re: Regarding the whole braking setup
Will those RA brakes fit nicely behind an 18 inch wheel? I'm planning to change the wheels as well.
