The adjuster is at the bottom,get a torch and you will find it.It doesn't matter where the rotor is put on to the hub flange. I've noticed now after turning off the engine after a drive, there's a dripping sound like liquid dripping on a metal pan. This was only heard after the gearbox oil change. I'm guessing it's the fresh oil dripping?

I did the MTF oil change today and it's now PERFECT! 3rd gear issue is now solved.
