So the 2017 CF mirrors can be wired up to auto fold when you lock the car? Or do you have to put all new wires through? Or wires and motors to turn the mirrors in?

For your purposes the system you have sounds great. I’d encourage you to sit in a finely tuned SQ audio car and notice the difference though. Mmm so what does the tinting do then....... do you have some scientific evidence showing inside car temperature of tinted vs non tinted, stationary vs moving, air con off vs on, time to cool interior from a specific temperature on tinted vs non tinted. Does it not absorb heat and reflect UV?
